Here’s our clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds. You can raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • An unboxing video is required to process claims for missing items. Please ensure you record the package being opened from its sealed state for the claim to be valid.

How to Initiate a Return Request

  • Reyrun/Exchange is done only if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) is delivered. 
  • Customer would have to share an uninterrupted unboxing video of the parcel at support@celestiacarat.com 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and verification, as per RBI guidelines.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank account provided by you.

  • Premium/Luxury Items:

    • Can only be exchanged for other items of the same category.

    • If exchanged for a lower-value item, the balance will be issued as store credit, redeemable at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Clearance or “Goodbye Sale” products (clearly marked on product pages).
