For Crystal, Fashion, and Premium Jewelry

You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.

Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 15% or similar offers will be refunded to your Celestia Carat Wallet.

Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are also eligible for return.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

An unboxing video is required to process claims for missing items. Please ensure you record the package being opened from its sealed state for the claim to be valid.
How to Initiate a Return Request

Enter your Celestia Carat Order ID and Contact Number.

Select the items you wish to return.

Provide details:

Select a return reason.

Upload at least two images.

Add pickup address and date.

Choose your preferred refund method.

Review your details and confirm the return request.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after pickup and verification, as per RBI guidelines.

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank account provided by you.

Premium/Luxury Items:

Can only be exchanged for other items of the same category.
-
If exchanged for a lower-value item, the balance will be issued as store credit, redeemable at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

Clearance or “Goodbye Sale” products (clearly marked on product pages).
